I had inquired about another Regent cruise with Victoria, which had been booked up, and requested that we be put on a waiting list. It is unlikely we will take that trip so we are currently reviewing various cruises and will definitely work with Victoria again. I have also already referred a couple of work colleagues to her as well. No idea if anything will come from it, but she treated me well so I have no problem referring the company. I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Pavlus Travel. I don’t usually leave reviews and seldom submit follow-up surveys however I am pleased with the service and think you should know this.

Pavlus is great. The Viking itinerary was new and not the best. Maybe one "wow" shore excursion (the optional Alps excursion). The cities were generally not exciting and not many things to see as you cruised down the river (not picturesque). I will not recommend this particular cruise.

WE used Pavlus for the cruise and the air travel and that worked out well. You were high on the hotel for before and after the cruise so we just booked that directly with the hotels. FYI it is a good idea to warn your customers to book their excursions on Oceania ASAP as they sell out or, alternatively, as we did, book tours through toursbylocals.com and get a private tour with private transportations, highly recommended after 12 tours on this cruise! Loved that rebate check right before the cruise from you!

We are long time Pavlus customers. Our first booking through Pavlus was 2004. Now we exclusively use Pavlus for our Viking bookings (over 15), and we are pleased with the service and added benefit of onboard credits.

As far as making our experience any better I can not offer any suggestions. The help we received from Victoria and the Travel team could not have been any better. The only reason we only gave the cruise itself a 9 rating was the boutique was a huge disappointment and several of the tours were not up to expectations. In towns where there is history and shops way more free time is needed.

Insight vacation did not book pre stay at hotel even when paying 4 months in advance. Pavlus did booking on own one week before at higher rate and reimbursed us for difference in room rate. This was a professional and nice gesture by Pavlus travel. Will definitely use them in future.

We have been with Pavlus for years and always recommend it.

I was extremely pleased with my Pavllus agent but not as pleased with my vacation. The ship is not new so the state rooms are only average. The food in the specialty restaurants was very good, but in the complementary dining rooms it was.long waits and the food was good, but not in any way outstanding. We were supposed to see a Broadway show which never happened with no excuse. The dance show and the dueling pianos were very entertaining, but the comedians were really terrible.

Victoria was fine to work with. However, if my husband had not seen an ad for a reduction of the cost and free airfare. Victoria would not have known. We were able to get it after we alerted her. I think there should have been better communication between Pavlus and the cruise line. The actual cruise was disappointing. The ship was not managed well. While our room was large and clean, our balcony was dirty with spiders and bird droppings from Saturday through Thursday, even though we asked for the cleaning every day. All of the staff was friendly and polite, but the social director, Noah , was unprofessional looking and speaking. The dining room was not managed well. Good choices were very limited and most food served room temperature. We loved the lectures and entertainment. The drinks and snacks were great. So, we would not book another trip with this company!

I think that my wife and I have been working with Pavlus for cruise travel for four or five years, and have booked eight or nine trips in that period of time. There are not enough superlatives to describe our relationship with Pavlus, all of our questions get answered in a very short period of time.

Not happy with the food, looked better than it tasted. Not happy that the last port was canceled due to high swells and we weren't given any type of compensation or interesting things to do on ship. Last two days of the cruise were basically sea days and a total waste of time (and money) due to bad weather and swells. Feel like I lost 1/3 of my vacation time of a pretty expensive cruise. I will be contacting Viking as I am not happy with how things were managed.

I was disappointed that your company received a statement from RCCL about the IT issue and it took your company several days to pass that information along to me. You guys received the email from RCCL on July 19, 2024 at 10:41am and you sent it to us July 22, 204 at 3:52pm.

Pavlus Travel has been very helpful in finding/booking several trips for us. It was a pleasant experience working with Victoria in 2024. The Quark Expedition to West Greenland was good, but they did not provide as much cultural information about the towns we visited as we would have liked. They could have held more lectures on board about the culture and towns we visited.

Pavlus Travel offered great discounts. I would be happy to refer my friends. We booked a year and 4 months before our River Cruise on Viking. In the beginning Victoria Hill would return my calls within 24 hours. As the time went by I might have to send two emails or several phone calls to get a response. I respected her phone message that said she would get back to me in the order in which my call came in, but after 5 days I thought it was too long. I felt I could get my answers faster and more accurate, dealing directly with Viking. Viking did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations.

As this was a first for our agent to work with Noble Caledonia, she managed through. Communications could have been better. When dealing with Noble Caledonia directly, as we did a few times, they were excellent. Noble seems like an excellent company.

Nobel Caledonia was a pleasant surprise both in quality and customer satisfaction.

All aspects of the trip went well except for the flights home. The flight from Bali to Singapore was not connected to the flights from Singapore to Doha and Doha to Chicago. We tried to contact the Pavlus emergency number but the call was connected and then dropped. So we had to work with our tour guide who helped us out. Also, we needed a visitors entrance permit to reenter Singapore for our trip home. We were unaware that we needed this and became an issue. Victoria was a pleasure to work with.

I booked the cruise and then turned it over to Victoria based on a friend's referral. I found it difficult to get in touch with her by phone and response to email was slow or not at all. I booked my own flights, lodging and train travel connected with pre and post travel. We have two more cruises planned and Victoria was notified by the cruise line. I have hope this will be a better experience.

Once again, a fantastic WORRY FREE vacation arranged by Victoria! We traveled with several friends who also booked with Victoria and they all agreed, Victoria is the best! When it appeared nothing was available, Victoria really came through with some nice hotel rooms for all of us in Denali, Alaska. As I have been doing for years - and will continue to do into the future - I will always make just one contact with Victoria for everything I need for any vacation.

In general, I have been satisfied with Pavlus Travel and have recommended it to many people. If there's a beef, it has been the sometimes slow response to a telephone question. That has resulted in my request to change agents twice in the past. Maybe agents are just too busy because they have too many clients to deal with.

Princess said they had no more ocean view or balcony cabins but close to the departure date they offered such cabins via an auction (you bid and the one with the highest bid gets the upgrade). This is price gouging. I prefer Princess over the other cruise lines but I hate this "an upgrade goes to the highest bidder" tactic. No complaints with Pavlus.

We've taken many river and ocean cruises, always with Viking. We've been going through Victoria for eight or ten years and have been more than pleased with her assistance and advice on our travels. More than once she's been able to assist us in travel issues and we have referred more than a few friends and family to her. We feel that she know our personal taste and preferences and is able to make appropriate suggestions to our inquiries.

The pandemic initially caused us to reschedule the trip and then an accident by a member of our traveling party cause a third delay. Although we were barred from many ports because of COVID restrictions (btw, our ship was COVID free for the 38 days we were aboard) and other countries had redundant paperwork er the virus, Oceania did its usual outstanding job to assure that our cruise was a more than pleasurable event. With only 350 passengers in a ship that carries 1200 during more normal time, this is definitely the time to cruise. Pavlus is an excellent travel agency in all aspects, especially customer response and service. That's why we stay with Oceania and Pavlus for all our cruise needs.

In spite of rain in Juneau and few taxis, having to switch hotels and not being told ahead of time, and not being able to dock in Hanes because of Covid, we had a great time. We were very pleased with our trip , such beautiful sights.! Unfortunately, Cosmos allowed unvaccinated people on the tour and 2 (of our group of 7) came down with Covid even though we were vaccinated. I know this is not your fault but it did put a damper on the trip. We have been pleased with the quotes, information and trips we have booked through Pavlus. In fact, when I finish this I am going to contact Victoria for some quotes for next year !

Ocean cruise on Viking was excellent and Victoria took care of everything! We have booked another Viking cruise through Pavlus for June 26 of this year.

We have been very pleased with the two cruises that we have booked with Pavlus. Everything that Victoria or Pavlus promised was delivered stated. Thank you for the wine which was delivered to our stateroom. The additional shipboard credit was great, also. We will contact Pavlus when we are ready for another vacation.

I have so much positive items to discuss about this trip. Not only from the booking of the trip which was effortless but also seen people on the Oceana. I am pretty well traveled and I have to say they treated my wife and I as if we were royalty. I now see the benefit of booking through Pavlus. My experience with Victoria was amazing as well as all of the online resources. Great Globus vacation. As always, Victoria did a great job making the arrangements.

Victoria was great setting up the whole vacation! We are always looking for the best deal and she arranged a super one for us. Of course, we want the 2 for 1 option and free flights. Done! We always get the trip insurance and are looking for bonus money to put toward optional excursions. Our trip was a very memorable one and we plan on additional river or ocean cruises in the future. We are also going to check into land tours so we can spend more days in some of the cities.

We have worked with Victoria Rojo (Hill) for several years now and have been very pleased with her and Pavlus. We are fortunate too that we live near Albuquerque and have been able to access Pavlus directly. Everyone we have encountered in the office, by phone, or email have been great.

Pavlus was very quick to respond with quote and booking. When there was a mix up on getting my cruise documents (my fault) your staff was extremely helpful and efficient in getting things straightened out and getting documents to me in time for my trip. Checking in and boarding all went very smoothly. I would add that all staff of American Empress were excellent.

This was our 1st trip on a River Cruise through the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Hungary and I am extremely happy with this adventure! Will definitely look forward to doing a river cruise again in the future.

Dalmation Isles,Croatia, Slovenia (and Venice) Discovery Small Groups was a beautiful itinerary led by our extremely capable Gate 1 tour director, Tena. Our group of 19 was friendly and compatible. Satisfied with Pavlus Travel as usual.
