Call us within the 24-hour window. Our team verifies the price is available and identical. If confirmed, we credit or refund the difference — no friction, no runaround.
Covered Bookings

All ocean cruise lines and expedition cruise operators sold through Pavlus Travel. The guarantee covers the base cruise-only fare for all cabin categories.
All river cruise lines sold through Pavlus Travel. The guarantee covers the base river cruise fare on all itineraries and cabin/stateroom categories.
All guided tours and escorted land vacations sold through Pavlus Travel. The guarantee covers the base tour cost for all departures and room categories.

No. The Pavlus Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to bookings made through Pavlus Travel. To take advantage of the guarantee going forward, book your next cruise or tour by calling 1-800-528-9300.
The booking must be an exact match: same cruise line and ship, same sailing date, same cabin category, and the same base itinerary. The lower price must also be subject to the same cancellation and refund policies. Partially matching itineraries, different ships, or different cabin grades do not qualify.
Bundled prices that include airfare, hotels, transfers, or other components are not eligible for the price match, as these are not pure cruise-only or tour-only rates. The lower rate must be for the same standalone cruise or tour cost.
The Pavlus Lowest Price Guarantee is limited to the 24-hour window after your initial booking. Price drops by the cruise line that occur after that window fall outside the guarantee. However, we always recommend calling us if you notice a significant price change — we will do our best to advocate on your behalf.

Yes, the guarantee applies to any cruise or tour booking made through Pavlus Travel, including last-minute sailings and special sale fares, as long as the lower price claim meets all terms: identical booking, U.S. public website, within 24 hours, and bookable at the time of the claim.

The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee applies to every escorted land tour and cruise-only booking made with a Pavlus Travel Planner. In the event that you find a lower price on pavlus.com or on another U.S.-based website within 24 hours of booking with Pavlus Travel, we will credit or refund to you the difference. The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee applies only to residents of the United States.
You must contact Pavlus Travel at 1-800-528-9300 and speak to a customer service representative within twenty-four (24) hours after your Pavlus Travel booking with deposit or full payment to make a claim under the Pavlus Best Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representative.
The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches — for example, same ship and cabin category, or same escorted land tour — with the same applicable refund policies and the exact same dates of travel or service as booked through Pavlus Travel. The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where booking details are unknown until after purchase. You must meet every requirement imposed on the lower price including, without limitation, residency, country of origin, and age-related requirements.
The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both available and advertised to the public on United States-based websites. The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee does not include rates offered on membership program websites; corporate discounts or rates; group prices; charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator, or interline prices; or prices obtained via an auction website or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or any promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the price, or from an email that you received. The rate must be quoted and booked in U.S. dollars.
The Pavlus Best Price Guarantee does not apply to airfares, hotels, auto rentals, or any other vacation component other than escorted land tour or cruise-only rates and prices. Taxes and fees, additional charges such as air or land additions, cancellation insurance, cruise or tour protection plans, shipboard credits, land transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, gift cards or certificates, cash-back, cash rebates, and dollars-off promotions are not eligible under the Pavlus Best Price Guarantee.
