Pavlus Travel has maintained one of the most highly regarded Guest Relations departments in the travel industry since 1985. Our 10-person team serves as the dedicated post-booking support center for every client who books a cruise, river cruise, or guided vacation through Pavlus Travel.
Unlike typical travel agencies that hand you off after booking, Pavlus Guest Relations acts as your single point of contact from confirmation through departure and beyond — coordinating directly with cruise lines, tour operators, and airlines on your behalf. Our team handles final travel documents, air schedules, airport and pier transfers, pre- and post-trip hotels, embarkation logistics, dining reservations, shore excursions, and any itinerary changes that may arise.

Our team handles everything after you book: final travel documents, air schedules, airport and pier transfers, pre/post-trip hotels, embarkation details, dining and shore excursion coordination, itinerary change notices, travel insurance questions, and any on-trip concerns. We work directly with cruise lines and tour operators on your behalf.
Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. Saturday, 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Time. Closed Sunday. For after-hours urgent matters, email guestrelations@pavlustravel.com and we will respond the next business day.
Most cruise lines release final documents electronically 20–30 days before departure and send them directly to your email. If you have not received them, contact Guest Relations at 1-866-843-4836 with your booking confirmation number. We can verify what has been issued and resend if needed.

No. Travel Planners handle new bookings, pricing, and availability. Guest Relations is a separate, dedicated department that supports clients who already have a booking. Yes. Pavlus Travel offers a Lowest Price Guarantee on all cruise and tour bookings. If you find a lower published rate, we will match it. This applies to ocean cruises, river cruises, expedition cruises, and guided vacations with all partner operators.
