Been with Pavlus for years, not going anywhere if good service continues!?

This was our 7th Tauck trip but first with Pavlus. The trip, as expected, was fantastic. And our experience with Pavlus, and Tracey, was excellent.

How about allowing me to use the Viking River vouchers that I purchase while onboard a river cruise in addition to the $200pp that you use? I have Viking River cruise vouchers that I purchased that I would effectively be penalized if I used.

As I mentioned to Craig before we had issues with the 24 hour assistance line relative to our Canada Air flight from Canne.

Our Lindblad cruise was one of the best cruises we have taken. The crew was amazing, we were able to see far more of Greenland than we thought possible. The ship we were on was able to sail in uncharted fjords to incredible views and places even the native Greenlanders on board as experts had never visited. The overall expertise of the expedition staff far exceeded expectations. Most had advanced degrees in their areas of expertise and were gifted speakers. One of our fellow passengers is a lecturer on Viking Cruises. The staff on our ship asked him to give a talk on his specialty which was undersea creatures, another guest had lived in Greenland previously and gave a talk on the sled dog culture of Greenland. So in addition to their expert staff they utilized the guests for even more valuable information. Overall I would highly recommend Lindblad

Cruise should have been called “Idustria Waterways “ , Cruise director invisible , as a new Tauck traveler, he never introduced himself, kept to past travelers, the QR code in the room to advise you of the next day activities diametrically opposite of what was happening, and incorrect, it forced you to attend the day before meetings to get some information.and I mead timing etc wrong Food fantastc , staff great, suite great , ship very clean would travel again on this ship. Hotel instructions given to us on board for the Pulitzer about baggage handling total incorrect, when I asked the Hotel porter about a Tauck rep, they new nothing about one , if I had not arranged my own pick up not sure what would have happened at pick up time, so all in all , would not recommend this cruise, but I would try another river.Michael Lawson Pavlus great.

Although I was not happy that Pavlus did not schedule me for a non-stop flight between here and CPH, the flights were fine. However, I would not want to have to connect through the PHL airport again, ever, for a number of reasons. The Pavlus agent told me there would be some sort of a refund coming due to a change in the flight schedule. That never happened. Nevertheless, the vacation itself was fine. Problems experienced were at PHL airport. Silversea had computer problems, but other than that the ship, amenities, and excursions were very good.

Tracey is wonderful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our trip was rerouted due to the wild fires in Jasper but all in all, everything was good.

I'm so pleased with my selected Globus tour, HISTORIC TRAINS OF WEST, and PAVLUS efficient, highly competent personnel. Mandy does it all, and perfectly! And Rose is right there beside Mandy, just as skillful at juggling multiple bookings. Both our guide and driver were CONGENIAL, prepared, even pro-active, with Bruce's local maps, as just one example. They certainly exceeded my expectations. Can’t rave enough of how much we enjoyed everything about this cruise. And prior to our sail date Pavlus travel was so helpful in answering all our questions and then some.

Cruised on Crystal Serenity, 5 month world cruise, despite that cruise itinerary was changed mid cruise due to Suez Canal problem. New ports were booked and ship arrived on time in Miami June 8th Very happy with ship, great crew, great restaurants and great entertainment. We experienced two different United Airlines foul-ups, one a week before departure and one the day of departure. Overall satisfied with Pavlus. Was greatly dissatisfied with Tauck. Their directors were awful. Found them talking down to the clients and very condescending. Very defensive when questioned. The ship and staff were great too bad Tauck was the way they were. I was not the only one who thought that way

She was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. There were no glitches in the trip arrangements with Globus, and I had a delightful tour experience.

I would not recommend CIE tours. The tour allocated too much time for shopping. Some of the hotels were far outside the city centers making independent exploration challenging. Would prefer a tour with more authentic/historical opportunities and fewer tourist traps.

Cruise was fine. Air transportation was a nightmare. Missed our connection due to weather to Buenos Aires and spent an extra night at DFW.

Tracey is the very best! She truly works to find exactly where we want/when to travel . As a result we are never diappointed. Our last trip was on the Regent Seven Seas, Naviagator from Bali to Thiland. We had a great suite, with a nice balcony in a good location close to the elevators. We appreciated the fact that the cruise was all inclusive, including free laudry/cleaning daily service.. As a result we did not have to consider the cost of any thing; just enjoy a relaxing vacation with lots of sights to see. We flew business/first all of the way, so we could sleep comfortably amd arrived refreshed! We are now lookng forward to an A andK trip to Switzerland in 2025. And yes, we recommend Pavlus Travel to everyone we know.
