Overall experience with Pavlus has been very good. I encountered delays in getting help with airline flights changes and was unable to get help booking a Silversea cruise over a weekend. Since the last day of the cruise deal was on a Sunday, I ended up booking the cruise directly with Silversea. I have, however, found Pavlus Travel to be a very positive experience

Although we miss our last travel planner terribly and her leaving was a shock, the transition to Taylor was seamless; including having our travel companions for our upcoming Regent cruise switched to Taylor as well. We do quite appreciate that we are kept informed of the "progress" of a request or question when Taylor cannot answer it; she tells us which department she is contacting, that department tells us they have the info and will get back to us and then they do! There is never a 'blank" space during which we have no idea as to what is going on with our question/request. We OFTEN tell people about Pavlus! THANKS for having such a quality business and professional yet friendly employee! Please understand that we are VERY pleased with Taylor!

Great customer service with Taylor

Taylor Bazzoni is very smart and a great travel planner and travel agent.

I continue to be a satisfied client.

This was our second Viking River Cruise booked through Pavlus. The Pavlus staffer with whom we worked, Taylor Bazzoni, could not have been more helpful. She responded quickly to our every question and need. The Viking cruise itself was first-rate. The boat crew were exceptional, especially the Captain (Francois) and the service desk personnel (Frankie) and the cabin steward (Jura). The food, as on the previous tour, was absolutely wonderful, as were the shore excursions. Tour guides were wonderful, especially Stephanie, Marion, and Michael (in Paris). Two concerns: our hotel in Paris was the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile. It was a nice hotel, but it was too far from the Left Bank and the sites there. We had previously stayed in the Buffington, which was near the Eiffel Tower. Though older, it was much more convenient. Our return flight was a one-stop from Paris through Brussels to Dulles (IAD). Brussels was a mess, and clearing customs there took almost an hour. Why not one of the many Paris (CDG) to Dulles non-stops? We definitely preferred Business Class in the Boeing 777 on the return flight on United as opposed to the AirBus on Swiss air for the trip over. Please advise as to whether a customer can make their preference known. With staff like Taylor working for Pavlus, we will continue to make our travel arrangements through you in the future.

Taylor was great in helping us secure the trip. This one was pretty complicated with a lot of questions, and she was tenacious in responding (that's a good thing). I was a little unsure about who we were dealing with after the booking, rather than just Taylor, but it worked out fine and everyone was helpful. To clarify, Globus didn't do anything wrong to get the 5 rating on the vacation. They delivered as promised. It's just that we didn't find some of the experiences as fun as we thought. We'd certainly travel with Globus again... and Pavlus.

Taylor has been an excellent resource. I appreciate her quick replies and helpful tips. I will continue using both Tauck and Pavlus, and recommending them to our friends.

Our guide Tony Russo was fabulous. He responded in a positive manner to everyone's needs. We would have liked a little more time in the lake region and Strafford on Avon. Our accommodations were nice. They were quant and unique however the showers left a bit to be desired. We really enjoyed the Military Tattoo show.

Too many emails from you All other is good

Pavlus Travel and our agent, Taylor Bazzoni, were excellent. The cruise portion of our trip was very good, however the land tour part would have benefitted from less time spent on busses.

Tauck river cruise was disappointing. From the beginning it felt like they were doinge everything to save on their costs. Upon arrival had to call front desk because bathroom garbage had not been emptied. We were told staffing had been cut back which was evident trying to get a drink in the lounge. Most of the trip there were no horderves in the lounge. Food was subpar most of the time. No tablecloths on ugly dining tables. The boat looked rundown. This trip was not comparable to the one I took with Uniworld last year that was not as expensive.. I will not travel with Tauck again.

Pavlus was great but Tauckriver cruise was way below other river cruises I’ve taken with other lines. They seemed to be understaffed and cutbacks on everything from tablecloths for diner to the quality of the food were not up to the standards that one would expect for the price they were charging.

Lovely ship, dining and wines were outstanding, shore excursions went to the right places and were of an appropriate duration. Ship staff were great - some could brush up on their English language skills - had to repeat a lot. I'd use SilverSea again.

Very pleased with all the hotels on this trip. I only wish we had more free time to enjoy the facilities, next time will probably look for a tour that stays in each location more than two days.

The 17 day cruise on the WindSurf was terrific. Only downside is that Greece, Croatia and Italy were unseasonably hot hot. On our next one, we feel confident that we will not wait until June or before October to visit Europe.

Love the rebate. I found it odd that I couldn't get a lower airfare from Pavlus rather than my own United silver status.

Not 4 stars, but nice. Easy procedures for checking into and out of hotels and getting luggage on the bus. We will probably be doing another trip with you next year to Switzerland.

Trip was very good. We had issues with dining timing that we resolved on the cruise but it turns out that had we known about the ability to deal with that when we booked the cruise and or when we were given access to the Royal Caribbean app we could have avoided that stress. When I saw the issue while checking in before departure when in the past I recall dealing with such matters and contacted the cruise line I got an unsatisfactory answer and was "blamed" for not doing it earlier when I got the app. That was not clear from the cruise line and while not necessarily your job the experience of the planner might have helped.

Absolutely loved the Viking Rhine River Cruise! They take care of everything from the moment you arrive to your departure. The included excursions were wonderful with highly capable people leading the tours. Pavlus and Taylor were crucial in helping us decide which trip was good for us! Thank you so much!
