We already have another trip booked with you for 2025 and exploring other options. Shari Bazzoni is a pleasure to work with and is a true professional plus your air travel department is great also. Pavlus is a great organization that makes me feel like a valued customer for my travel needs.

I was supposed to receive gift cards from Saks for booking with Pavlus 3 to 4 weeks before my trip. I had to call and email quite a few times to finally receive the gift cards only a couple of days before I left for my trip. The same thing happened last year. Since Pavlus was taken over, their customer service is terrible.

Working with Pavlus since 2011 and never once had anything but a great experience on all the travel bookings we've done with you.. Always refer those we meet on our trips to you. Current planner - Shari Bazzoni - is fantastic and prior bookings with Annette C de Baca were always excellent. Your air travel people have been quick to respond and communicate well. You must be spending an awful lot on brochures and other mailers. Happy to get them, but you might want to consider giving us the option to opt in or out of things. For example, Viking, Seabourn and Regent ocean travel is not of interest for us. Save some printing and postage costs? As far as our most recent Viking river cruise (our second with them) ... it was generally fine, but no better than our 3 previous Avalon Waterways trips, and I like the cabin layout on Avalon better. Food on the European cruises was comparable on both lines. Viking's Silver Spirits package is a relative bargain if you want more wine options at dinner and have a cocktail or two each day. Service and friendliness of the staff was really great on Viking Rinda, even with cranky guests when the air-conditioning wasn't working in the lounge on 100 degree days for the first few days of the cruise.

Crew was fabulous as always. They do their best trying to minimize the changes & being what appears to be short staffed. Summit is in great shape for an older ship. I’ve been sailing Celebtity for years & can see the changes that are not becoming of the brand. Thought the food was definitely sub standard, even in Le Petite Chef. Steaks were like rubber, chicken dry, buffet items very underwhelming, etc. Even my breakfast eggs (hard to ruin), were like rubber fried eggs. Ran out of Decoy wine in the dining room. Very slow service at the Martini bar & other bars around the ship. Had a really nice trip due to it being Alaska, but downgrading of the Celebrity brand was very evident to me & others I spoke to. Just wanted to give a shout out to Shari our TA. She is always prompt in answering questions & assisting when needed

Your company is amazing! The Oceania Vista is a great ship and their staff go to great lengths to insure you are having a nice cruise vacation.

To begin, my experience with Pavlus and most specifically with Shari is always excellent. She is smart, very knowledgeable, always anxious to help and most importantly, she's competent. I also enjoy talking to her, and that's important too. She handles our affairs flawlessly. This is evidenced many times a year by the fact that we keep using Shari and Pavlus. As far as our trip on the QM2, it was wonderful, but not without several flaws. They have not sent me a survey so I'll share some thoughts with you. Feel free to forward them to Cunard and to keep my impressions in mind as you book for your clients. The cabin and dining exceeded our expectations as we were in a Queens Grill Suite. My observation is that had we been in Brittania level, my overall score would have been way lower judging by the daily menus and conversations with others. Here's why. The King's Court Buffet was maybe the worst presented and certainly the worst serviced buffet we have ever encountered. The crew was aimless and not helpful, I blame management for their direction, not the crew. With the exception of the Chart Room, the bars and lounges were terrible as far as bartenders who often couldn't make a drink and servers who were disinterested. The bars, particularly in the pool areas were never stocked with staples and we were never once approached by a server at the pool and offered a drink. I'm hoping you share this with Cunard. Other than that, our Butler, the Cabin Stewards were very good. The entire crew that serviced us in the Quesn Grill dining room were among the best we've ever had anywhere. From the Matre'd to the Asst. Waither, they delivered every single night.

The trip was great and everything went smoothly! I am so appreciative of the Pavlus benefits that greatly reduced travel costs and onboard expenses. And it was good to know that you would have been there for me if anything had gone wrong -- but actually, as is typical for Pavlus travelers, everything went right! I am especially grateful for Pavlus agents' cheerful, practical, timely help with pre-trip questions and decisions. That peace of mind is invaluable! And thank you, thank you, thank you for the onboard flowers, fruit and wine gifts -- they were perfectly wonderful and made me feel pampered and special not only on the day of embarkation, but every day during the cruise!

Re Trafalgar: couple of bumps with hotel breakfasts not providing yogurts or fruit alternatives. Solved by travel director next day. Tour Director was excellent- one of the best out of 21 coach tours we’ve taken. Driver also excellent and fun. Re Pavlus: have used now for many tours(lost count) and am always pleased. Easy to get hold of, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. In my several years now using Pavlus, I’ve only had to change my direct agent once. Another company I deal with who is the tour provider as well ( GoAhead / EF) is very hard to get in touch with and seldom the same person. Having done 15 tours with them I would expect better service and a dedicated contact. I use Pavlus at every opportunity and GoAhead doesn’t generally work with travel agents.

I really appreciated the professionalism shown by Shari. I am hoping to book a river cruise in the next few months for sometime next year and plan to contact Shari for that. I also want to point out that we were referred by a previous customer and we are glad he did. We were traveling with a total of 3 couples and were able to have our staterooms closely grouped.

Our dealings with Pavlus have been well handled. As for the cruise, the ports of call/itinerary were very good. Fascinating and beautiful part of the world. Oceania however was very poor. While this was our "15th Oceania cruise credit", it will be our last cruise with Oceania as things were so poorly handled, choatic, disorganzied, watered down and simply undrinkable cocktails, cold perfunctory service, a couple of very good meals but by far the majority were quite poor. Literally p-erhaps a dozen truly quality crew/stff members. The quality of the products (food and otherwise) has been signifcantly and obviously lowered - e.g. meats which were tasteless dry and difficult to even cut, fish overcooked, and often either tasteless or very "fishy", lobster like rubber. It was easy to not eat much since the food was so poor! For the first time after taking numerous cruises over the past 25 years, we were disinterested in and sick of the food, and looking forward to getting off the ship, by the end of the 2nd week. Terrace cafe was a noisy disorganzed and choatic experience so along with numerous others we quickly stopped going and ate in the main dining room, which was a bizarre zoo but quieter at least. The wait for service or food could easily be up to 45 minutes, food served in whatever order it came from the kitchen "due to the kitchen having a backlog". Officers and Sr. staff were either non existent or ice cold, not even making eye contact nor responding to a simple hello when passed on the rare occasion they were in public and not in the smoking lounge. The list goes on. We now tell everyone to avoid Oceania as they have significantly lowered the product and service delivered, while significantly raising their prices. "Simple more" money for far less.

Pavlus can’t be beat for service and pricing! We have been with Pavlus for about 18 years now thanks to the Dixon’s! Our neighborhood is full of many Pavlus people!

Dealing with Shari was fine, but while I was on my trip, I had to change my air arrangements and dealt with Leann. This was a bit of a struggle, since I was in Morocco. But we overcame that. However, I found some of her messages confusing. Namely, she told me that I had only a partial refund on a canceled flight. But in fact, I had taken the first leg over to Europe. I wish she had just laid out the math. Total paid, part used, part refunded. Also, she forgot to cancel the flight that I had to switch away from. I only found this out when the airline asked me to check in. Then I had to drop everything and try to contact Leann to get it canceled.

Pavlus was fine. All dealings with Shari and the other Pavlus staff involved in various departments went well, smoothly, and handled in a timely fashion. As for the trip in general, Oceania has continued to seriously decline and sink lower and lower in quality of product and service delivered. Happily there are many ships in the sea, and we shall move on to better service and product delivery. Oceania should change their tag line to guaranteed chaos, disorganization, and poor communication. All well coated in salt, butter and olive oil. Simply More = Simply dreadful.

We are Viking Cruisers. My husband wanted to try Viking's new Expedition Ships, but has no desire to go to Antarctica or the Great Lakes, so this repositioning cruise from NYC to Barbados fit the bill perfectly. We were able to experience a smaller ship and use all of the expedition "toys". I would recommend one of these repositioning cruises for anyone else interested in the Expedition ships, but not wanting to go to Antarctica or the Great Lakes. As always, we are extremely satisfied with Pavlus Travel and have our next cruise booked with you in December. We happily recommend you to all of our friends, however most of our friends do not enjoy traveling. We will do our best to keep recommending you whenever we can.
