Overall, it was a satisfying experience with INSIGHT tour. Many co-travelers in our Glorious Switzerland tour felt that we were not given a good idea by the tour director about the day’s activities especially with the optional excursions. Pavlus’s initial help booking the tour and help with the airline booking was satisfactory. Thanks.

AMAWaterways was a great referral - enjoyed them more than my Viking experience (Viking is fine, but AMAWaterways offers so much more).

The only question I had that did not get an answer was if Pavlus still offered’goodies’ to the clients (gift items had been sent with my previous two Viking cruise bookings) Also, travelers on the cruise who booked directly with Viking receive ‘flash sell’ notices directly from Viking, something I’d like to receive.

Totally satisfied with Rachael Taylor, my agent, she did a great job and is always very helpful in planning my vacation. One comment about the Queen Mary2. The main dining room menu is now a bit more limited and selections not as good as before Covid. I've cruised with Cunard for many years and have noticed the difference. But I think this might be industry wide trying to pay off the loans they all took to keep their ships in warm storage during the pandemic.

I stopped using your service as I was never getting called back when I left messages but then switched to another rep and she was phenomenal. I'll use Pavlus again from this point forward.
