Excellent in every aspect! One suggestion-most of the Pavlus emails show pretty much the same pricing as oner would find online (without the Pavlus rebate, off course). If you come across crazy, out of the ordinary pricing especially on a last minute cruise, we would definitely consider it. Perhaps a separate section showing "crazy" cruise fares. We still have bucket list places we want to go but we are just as ready to go away at a moment's notice if the #'s are right.

Silversea was good, but Regent and Seabourn are better

Wonderful to be back on Crystal. Truly better than ever. We have tried Regent, Silver Sea, and Seaborne and they can’t compete with Crystal.

I like smaller ships and less children! This ship was old and tired and we missed 2 ports and had a large norovirus breakout. Never again with Princess.

Very. relaxing Ohio River cruise just didn’t realize there were going to be so many people w/mobility issues. The staff was wonderful w/the mobility issue people though and If and when I get to that stage I would definitely book w/American Cruise Lines. I felt like I was on a moving Retirement Home. I thought the guy who gave the history lectures could have been better. He talked very fast and got tangled up in his own words quite a bit and I wished the content had been more about the people of the time and less about battles. I have been on several trips (w/ a competitor) and a least one of the history talks was given by a person in period costume talking about their life in the time period of their costume. Totally in character to the time period of what they were wearing.

We enjoyed the Great Lakes ports. We were pleasantly surprised with Pearl Seas. We knew nothing about them before cruising. We had excellent service, mostly very good food and good entertainment. It is an older ship, but well kept. The port tours were reasonably priced and well organized.

Viking River Cruises was everything and more than expected. Life on ship was great!! We enjoyed it all and came home 11 pounds heavier!!

Some communication issues with itinerary and documentation

We were traveling with another couple (family) and specifically booked it that way. We realized on the day of departure that our return trips were different and separate. Very disappointing.

The cruise itself was wonderful, both the land and sea portions. The only suggestion I have for Uncruise would be to add some time to the land portion of the trip so that we didn't spend nearly 2 days on our own in Juneau. We were fortunate to have friends in town to visit with, but others might be more at loose ends. Even recommendations from Uncruise or Pavlus for short independent local tours would have been nice. I do have to say that the information and service provided by Pavlus was a bit lacking. Compared to other agencies I've worked with, communication after the sale was scant and difficult. I had to ask repeatedly for details about arrival and schedules in order to make my necessary flight and accommodation arrangements. For example, I let the Pavlus agent know that we would be arriving in Anchorage a day (actually just a part of a day) early because of long travel times from home. I was not told until I asked several times months later that we were to spend the first night of the land portion of the Uncruise in a hotel and leave on the train the second day. Because I was not aware of this schedule, I booked our own B&B and then an Uber to the hotel. I have done such early arrivals on other trips and the planner has usually been more helpful in such arrangements. On the flip side, the Pavlus agents asked me repeatedly for my flight itinerary, which never changed and that I provided each time. This kind of undermined my confidence in transfer arrangements. Finally, I did appreciate the last-minute "rebate" check. Although it was my $$ to begin with, it certainly worked as a psychological boost just before the trip.

We always travel through Pavlus, love the rebates we receive. This trip we were lucky that Viking provided our air, because when one of our flights was canceled we went on an excursion and Viking fixed the problem.

At first I thought it was a bit expensive, but once we received all our paperwork...the discounts made the expense very doable. We were so excited for our trip and we were not disappointed. From the rooms, to the meals, to the tours, everything was top notched. It was the best experience we ever had. The staff was by far the most observant and respectful, funny and caring. We will definitely be doing another Viking River Cruise in the future.

As you may not know, our Viking cruise to the heartland of America was cancelled.It was cancelled by Viking, by email approximately 10 days before departure. We didn’t understand what was going on. We then got a phone call from Melissa. Even though it was not Melissa’s fault, or the fault of Pavlus, she took over and helped us out. She told me to sit tight and she would look into our situation, and she did. My trip—7/18-29 the Germany/Oberammergau was absolutely wonderful!! Taking 11of us and organizing all the minute details was a huge undertaking for Melissa (& me!!) Great cruise to French Polynesia with Viking. Excellent safety measures to control any covid concerns. In fact, we were covid free and allowed independent exploration. Our cruise was the first international cruise ship to French Polynesia since covid. Melissa did a great job and really helped us with our cruise planning.

Very satisfied with Mellisa, I feel sorry for all you have to go through dealing with Princess and their cancellations and problems with Covid. Mellisa is above and beyond in communicating and handling all the changes.

Obvious that Covid has affected travel services. Ship only half full and so they had to cut a few corners. On board services were still outstanding, but onboard programs were not up to par. Had difficulty keeping our personal group together as we were in separate hotels and buses. However, waitstaff made the day. Captain was a bit introverted and the program director was not as entertaining as past trips. Good trip otherwise. Especially Normandy Beach.

Pavlus has consistantly offered me the lowest prices on tours and cruises or they have met and beat competitor's quotes. Melissa is easy to work with, very patient and professional. I recommend Pavlus all the time.

Melissa and the staff were fantastic. After booking I had questions and Jay Whiteaker worked with American Queen to get answers. Kimberly was informative when texting with her when I first discovered your website. The only negative was the occasional confusion between American Queen Steamship Company and American Cruise Lines. I received two emails, one early and one just before leaving with information about my American Cruise Lines Cruise. Of course, I was on American Queen. However all documents were correct so it looks like some rushed correspondence based on “American”. Urge caution there as it could lead to doubts. I definitely will use you in the future. The rebate is a nice feature.

Melissa and Pavlus were great. I couldn't be happier with the service. However, our trip was interrupted after one day due to the European travel ban so we didn't get to experience the trip.

Everything worked out great, thanks to Melissa. There was a bottle of fine champagne waiting for us in our cabin. Thank you, Pavlus! When Oceania offered day rooms in Santiago, Melissa let me know immediately because she remembered that I had asked about them when I got the air arrangements. That was a lifesaver. Several people on the cruise had to arrange their own day rooms. She also told me to book future cruises while I was on the cruise. I booked two, and they were transferred to her.

Melissa was great! In addition to keeping us informed as our trip drew near, Melissa was a tremendous help when my wife had to cancel her trip at the last minute. We had family and friends going, so I could not just cancel. Melissa helped me get the necessary info from the cruise company to file my trip insurance claim as well as helping avoid an exorbitant single-occupancy fee. Melissa really helped save a bad situation for us. This above and beyond service will bring me back to Pavlus.

Pavlus was great as usual!! We took a Globus land tour -- Marian Shrines, Fatima & Lourdes. This trip was really, really good! Our tour guide, Jose Luis was great! And our driver, Sergio was awesome!! Bus trips are always a bit more work, but Globus took care of all of the details.
