She was amazing. helping us thru the process of trips, options and endless great responses to our questions and perfect advice. My traveling friends had booked our mutual Alaska cruise with another travel company and did not receive the same travel perks as Pavlus Travel did. We plan to book at lease one trip each year with Palvus Travel. You are the best.

Our travel consultant/ Pavlus team member MandyMacMullin was very attentive to all our inquiries, and she replied promptly with detailed explanations prior to our trip departure from Miami to Istanbul. Unfortunately during the cruise, I was frequently uncomfortable as I was traveling with (2) prior injuries (fractured right foot and quadricep muscle strain). I missed attending a few private Oceania Cruises events via invitations as a new Oceania Club member.

Mandy is excellent...a welcome change from trying to deal with Rose. Mandy responds quickly to every email/phone call and tries her best to help. Thank you for the rebate (though I think you lowered it this year) and for the $150 on board credit (instead of flowers). I sincerely appreciate it.

We were expecting better communication and assistance from our travel agent. It was our first time using one and we had higher expectations for the level of involvement and assistance with aspects of planning our trip and having questions answered. We appreciated the additional savings and onboard credit but also wanted someone we could rely on to ensure our vacation went smoothly.

Really can give them a 10 for service. This was my first trip using Pavlus and immediately booked another. It was my second river cruise with Avalon and I was very satisfied once again. A good deal came up on a Viking River cruise so next month I am going to try them and see how the experience measures up to Avalon.i’ll let you know!

Indescribable, with the exception of the accommodations at the Best Western in Kamloops, where our first floor room's direct view was that of the garbage dumpster. For the cost of the trip, we felt that the substandard accommodation in Kamloops was unacceptable.

If, or when, we were to travel again I would have no problem dealing with Pavlus. Mandy was great. However, I would NOT recommend Viking to anyone. I wouldn't tell them not to go on one of their river cruises, but I'd suggest they check other carriers first. We chose Viking because we thought we'd spend the extra money since it was our 60th wedding anniversary and their advertising wanted you to believe they were special, more luxurious .............THEY ARE NOT! Nothing about the boat, decor, rooms, food, or excursions came close to our expectations. We paid $258 for an excursion to a German restaurant for dinner. There is no way what we were served, the atmosphere or 'music" came close to being worth the money. The entree plate look like someone had sloped the food onto the plate and it was disgusting looking. I didn't eat whatever it was. Another example was the distance you had to walk for transportation for excursions, going on a path with broken concrete, stones and detritus. Also, we signed up for an excursion that was to take us to La Petite France; we never got there instead we ended up in some tourist trap. Food wise there was nothing special about the food or the menu. You'd think, since we were in France, they might have served escargot one night. My husband likes poached eggs, sausage links and rye bread for breakfast, or French toast or waffles. None were available. Many comments I could make about the food. Had their hamburger; only slightly warm and I recognized it had been cooked early in the day and kept in a warming tray so you can imagine how that tasted. Couldn't even buy a good bottle of wine from the poorly stocked wine room for our anniversary. All in all, the trip was a disappointment. One thing about Pavlus, I would have liked to know that they added excursions in Amsterdam AFTER we had booked all ours and so we didn't get to do any.

After couple of years with different travel advisors in Pavlus agency, I finally got a great representative. I traveled with Costsaver before. I can say they have better trips. England, Ireland and Scotland vacation hade couple hotels very far from the center. We didn't get any tours in London. I don't mind to pay extra for London tour. But nothing was offered. 8i8 No Stonehenge trip. England trip was the worst in last 10 years

Mandy was great setting up our River cruise. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Her recommendations for hotel options in Amsterdam were very helpful. We were extremely grateful for Mandy organizing our transfer from the Zurich Airport to the hotel, after a 9 hour flight, it was nice to be met at baggage claim and taken to our waiting car. AmaWaterways was the perfect Cruise company to work with. On the cruise several experienced River Cruisers said they were superior to other companies. We were so happy with the entire cruise experience with AmaWaterways we put down a deposit for a 2025 cruise.

Mandy was and continues to be very helpful in setting up trips. We have another trip planned in October.

Trafalgar Northern Spain Tour. Great program, efficiently scheduled. Hotel choices excellent. Bonus: Tour bus stopped at 3 landmarks not on itinerary. Problem with communications using WhatsApp. Many tour members did not get messages from tour director, myself included. I nearly missed the program on first night. He fixed the problem for me on day 2. Eventually he used both emails and WhatsApp. Technology is NOT 100%, must double check with tour members.

Mandy was wonderful at dealing with Viking’s return air flights. They were not great. She arranged much better since there was no direct from Amsterdam to Miami. Tulips and Windmills was a wonderful trip. Weather not terrific.

We were very happy with the perks and packages we purchased. My 2 brothers were traveling with us but used a different travel agency and wanted to know why they weren't given the same level on board perks we had.
