Air travel department was very helpful in helping me watch seats filling up on our flight so I would be able to get the ones I wanted closer to when payment was due. We ended up paying early for our flights .

It is always a pleasure booking our travel with Pavlus. The reason I rated recommending Pavlus a 9 is I feel interaction is very personal and subjective. My experience might be a 10 however someone I refer may have a different experience. The rep I booked this trip is no longer with Pavlus, I was contacted with the name of an alternate planner assigned to me and my experience with her for a new booking has been exceptional. Windstar cruises suit my wife and I current travel style. Smaller quieter ships without formal nights are ideal. We have sailed 4 times with Windstar (1st 3 on their power yachts and the most recent cruise on their sail ship). It was a unique fun experience. All the crew/staff onboard are extremely helpful and friendly. They recognized a couple celebrations in our room and in the restaurant. All of the restaurants were excellent and 1 night in the main dining room they served us a special request meal, which was over the top and 2 other couples dining with us also got to enjoy the experience. The on deck dinner and private island BBQ is always a highlight. The itinerary was excellent as the ship allowed us to sail to smaller islands. 1 minor issue is, due to the small ports each had to be tendered (just a minor inconvenience). The entertainment was excellent - 2 guitarists, a piano player and a DJ were very talented. Fun night was the crew talent show - allows funny and pleasantly surprising with the non entertainment crew talent. It allows them to show their unique talent and personalities. Kudos to the entire Pavlus and Windstar teams.
