As expected we had a great time and ate far too much. The ship was great, our suite was exactly as we thought it would be and as I already said, the food was great in every dining venue. Only two very minor issues with Oceania. We were on a waitlist for an excursion in St. Bart's and the tickets were just added to the excursion envelope. Had I not decided to review them on our sea day, I wouldn't have seen them until that morning or even after the tour. I somehow expected Oceania to notify us that we had been issued tickets. When I pulled up our on-line account, I noticed the charge. I'll add that the tour in St. Bart's was one of the best we took and I'm glad we were able to take it. The second issue brings out my 50+ years in retail, on our first visit to the boutiques on the first sea day, they did not have size L or XL in most of the Oceania branded men's vests, jackets or coats. I mentioned it to the clerks and was told "I guess no one ordered any for this cruise". Again the retailer in me saw that as a significant loss of revenue. Like I said, both very minor issue. Overall, I give the cruse an A+ and we already have two more cruises planned.

This was a new program for Viking and needs some work in excursions. We felt that Viking did not live up to past cruises we have taken with them. This was #7 ocean for us. We really appreciate the extra OBC that was given to us. We will continue to use your agency as you all are the best. Thank you, Sharon

We had a wonderful trip on HAL, with the 4 nights pre-cruise in Athens. The car service, Blacklane, was perfect, for both the airport to hotel and hotel to cruise terminal transfers. On-time, friendly, professional drivers. Thank you for making these arrangements. The cruise was a marvelous itinerary and the ship is lovely. Everyone was so cheerful, and eager to please. We loved being on for 2 weeks, with several sea days to enjoy relaxing on the ship. We will definitely use Pavlus again, and cruise again with Holland America Lines. Thank you for making our great trip happen, and so easy!

After being charged $200 (per couple) for Air Plus, and another $200 for "Air Deviation, ' Viking Air reserved us connecting thru London with an "impossible" short connection time of one hour, 20 minutes on the outbound flight. Of course, we missed our connection and lost an entire day's vacation day in Amsterdam. This flight NEVER should have been booked in the first place, as it is not enough time, as Heathrow is a HUGE airport AND makes you go through security again, costing the passenger more time. Very very disappointed in Viking, as they should know better. On the return, we had one hour, 30 minutes and would have missed our connection, had our previous flight not landed early! We just made the connection, as we had to be bussed from one terminal to another. I feel we should be reimbursed the additional $400 for Air Plus and deviation AND the $367.00 we paid for hotel, as we paid for 2 nights to have 2 full days and only had one full day due to missing the connection and arriving at our hotel at 5 pm instead of in the morning.

Lauren does an excellent job, and I highly recommend her. This is our first cruise since the pandemic and Regent did their normal excellent job. Very enjoyable trip!!

Sue had a case of Hypoglycemia and 10 hours in the ship ER to the tune of $11,101 Medicare does not pay when over 6 hours from the US, our supplemental will pay 80% and the insurance we took with the ship will hopefully cover the balance. Just a big pain to recover funds. We booked this cruise a year before on a transatlantic and picked cabin 10076 catagory BA. Booking onboard got us several class upgrades and included air for the second person we didn't need, but NCL said you can cancel it later if you don't want it, At final payment I said to drop the air. Lauren was out so it was done by another agent, The onboard booking apparently was considered a guaranteed rate so when dropping air they rebooked at best available, cabin 10508, and we got a catagory BF all the way forward, a terrible room, could barely get in the bathroom. and my wife has knee problems and the food was always at the back of the ship. I feel something was missed here.

I have been pleased most of the time with how quickly Pavlus agents/services have gotten back to me on my email questions or concerns. They have been especially helpful for me with finding a hotel, and switching my Princess airline information when needed, adding transfers, and answering questions about insurance and all sorts of things. Princess was also mostly good. Only thing was our traveling companions and friends had a Princess excursion that was cancelled the day before going, and they did not make sure that our friends heard about it. As a result, our friends didn't find out until showing up for the tour the day of, that it was cancelled. That made it very difficult for them to try to make other plans. Our friends also had a liquor order in to Princess to have available and waiting in their cabin upon arrival. They did not find out until they got to their room and called about it, that Princess was unable to fill their order. That should have been figured out earlier, so they could have ordered something else.

Thank you for assisting us on our Globus Canada trip. We enjoyed ourselves, even with the unexpected detour of the Jasper fires. I will definitely be contacting you on our next vacation. Thank you

Sorry to say we were not impressed with ACL. The American Star boat was 17 yrs old and we felt like we were on the Motel 6 of cruise ships. The staff was extremely young and inexperienced. The carpet in our cabin was very stained and the bathroom needed updating. Staff forgot to deliver towels not 1 but 2 days in a row. We had to have our bed remade the first night because the sheets didn't look clean and the fitted sheet wasn't even secured on the mattress. The dining room staff was friendly but inexperienced. The food was delicious. The excursions were good. Viking is our benchmark so our expectations from ACL was high. The New England Island Cruise was expense and we were overall not impressed as were many of the other guests we met.

Pavlus was excellent as always, but getting home was a disaster, but not Pavlus fault.

We enjoyed our trip very much; Viking always does a wonderful job. There was a bit of a glitch on the flight home, as the tickets for the second flight seemed to disappear when we arrived at the airport in Prague. I called the cruise director and explained, and he said he would notify Viking. After a hectic transfer process through London Heathrow, the assistance desk at BA was able to re-issue our tickets. Somehow, we were upgraded to Premium Economy which was a wonderful surprise. I don't know if Viking was responsible, but we enjoyed it very much, as we barely made the flight. I know that Pavlus books many Viking trips, and this was our 4th with Viking. We are looking forward to our cruise in late August on Holland America that Lauren has booked for us. Hopefully, with smoother flights home, this time! Thank you for all that you do to ensure our trip is a success!

My only concern was confusion regarding onboard credit. My original package from Silversea included a $1000 on board credit. Knowing that I would probably not spend that much on the ship I contacted Pavlus Guest Relations as to whether the on board credit was refundable. They contacted Silversea guest services who said it was refundable if not used. I have emails that show this. When we got on the ship they reminded us that on board credit was NOT refundable. I went to the ship services desk and the future cruise director who both told me that OC was NOT refundable and there was nothing they could do about it. So I ended up spending $700 on things that I did not want when I should have had that money to spend toward a future trip. Thank you.

I sent Lauren a separate email regarding Viking. Their air travel group is horrible. Their wifi is horrible. I think we will stick with ocean cruising.

Pavlus was fine. NCL was horrible. They changed itinerary multiple times to the detriment of the trip. Their shore excursions were the worst.

Our Alaskan Regent cruise was excellent. The only thing we learned is we will book our own flights rather than let Regent pick times etc. We ended up paying more to change the itinerary times but in the future we will be handling airline tickets.

Insight vacation -Splendors of Egypt- small group 12 days. Lauren was the one who recommended this vacation to us, as the Viking cruise was full. We are so glad that we took her suggestion. We. had an amazing trip. Insight was incredible with the logistics of the trip, the opportunities for travel with a small group that made it so much nicer to interact with the guides, drivers and the general culture. The transportation was perfect from the minute we stepped of the plane in Egypt, hotel registration, Nile cruise, inter country air. We learned so much about the history but also had some opportunities for a faluga ride, high tea at the Cataract Hotel in Aswan and walk through the bazaar in Luxor. Our 2 primary guides Abdul and Adel were so knowlagable and no questions went unanswered. We felt completely safe throughout the trip and feel so sorry for the tourist industry in Egypt taking such a hit from the war in Gaza. We saw no signs of worry in any of the areas travelled and would whole heartedly recommend a trip to Egypt now with Insight( Spring Tours is their group providing the tours in Egypt.)

When there were booking mishaps with Tauck, Pavlus stepped in and made things right. Looking forward to future bookings with you. Warm Regards.

The Tauck trip was our first ever cruise and first trip to Europe. Travel and lodging arrangement pre-cruise went off without a hitch. Really appreciate Pavlus team’s contribution. We think we are over our initial worries about traveling in the future.

Had a wonderful time on the Regent Grandeur. The accommodations were superior as was the food. We enjoyed the excursions even though we missed Saint Tropez due to high winds and high seas. Three days in Rome were great but exhausting. Only complaint was our room at the Grand Hotel Palace. We did not believe the room was actually 5 Star, was smaller than we expected and the lighting was poor. But the food and gelato in Rome did make up for it mostly. Overall the entire trip was a solid A.

The trip itself was a little disappointing. We visited Japan and spent a week on the ground before our 04/13/2024 cruise departed, visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. That was great. But once we got on board, for the two week cruise around the island, I found almost all port stops, except Kanazawa, underwhelming. I had already seen all of the shrines and temples that I needed, much the same as a long European visit where you end up with too many churches. I would recommend a visit to Japan, but not this cruise, to others. And HAL had an excursions person sending people off on their tours who was crazy. For some reason, she tried to change the process of sending people off, and it just made a mess.

This was my 5th trip booked with Pavlus. My third Trafalgar and also 2 Viking Cruise. I have been very pleased with all of them. I will be sure to continue to use Pavlus in the future.

The he only issue we had was on 4/19/2024 Windsor Castle excursion. While we understand the extra traffic due to the London Marathon on 4/20, and with that bad traffic we stopped at two other hotels to pick up guests. We were late arriving at Windsor and extremely rushed to tour the castle, get to the church before it closed at 4 and no time in town and limited rest rooms breaks. While not the fault of the driver or tour tide we still felt cheated. However our tour guide said he had to be back as he had another tour that night. Not our fault and it really ruined the experience for our group of 3 plus we heard others guests were upset. I feel a full refund is in order.

We have had to call a couple of times for more information but overall we are very satisfied with Pavlus. We are not happy with Globus Australia. They did not get information to our tour guides and they had to contact Globus Australia. A big problem was Globus was to have someone meet us in Sydney at the end of our Best of New Zealand with Sydney tour and no one was there to give us information about Sydney

Our Azamara cruise was fantastic. I was able to get a great Azamara deal on this trip. We have been on 4 Viking cruises in the past so I didn't know what to expect on an Azamara cruise. Wonderful way to see the beauty of SW Alaska. American Queen Ocean Victory crew and staff do a remarkable job. The expedition team had everyone participating in zodiac tours, kayaking, hands on science and lectures. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Our vacation was great. Everything that Pavlus did for us like the flower arrangement and a bottle of wine for our room. That was a nice touch and very much appreciated.

It was a terrific experience cruising on the Columbia River with American Queen Steamboat Company. Did not expect to go through any locks, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was great. Enjoyed the lectures about Lewis & Clark. It was a wine cruise, so we had Happy Hours with two wineries in preparation for our winemaker dinners. And AQSC buses are the cutest ever!!! Booking with Pavlus gave me the same price AQSC offered, with the added bonus of a 10% rebate from Pavlus, making the deal even sweeter. I have recommended Pavlus to people on my Switzerland tour and will do so on future trips.

I just discovered this survey, and even though this is long after our return from this 18 day cruise, I wanted to complete it for one reason, and that is to tell you how truly wonderful Lauren is. We have been using her for years and have referred several other couples to her. One couple in particular are very frequent travelers who always use Lauren, too. Lauren never lets us down. I know I can depend on her. She is kind, thoughtful, patient, professional, and efficient. We have traveled a great deal over the years and have used a number of different travel agents, but none can compare with Lauren. We absolutely love her. Of course, we also love Pavlus and the discounts you offer!!! Your air and customer service representatives are terrific, too. We contacted Pavlus because we wanted to get prices on booking a trip. We just returned from our Princess cruise from Fort Lauderdale to Quebec. It was great and the food and food service was some of the best we have ever had on Princess. This was the first time we have had a medallion instead of a card key and it worked very well. In Charleston we took a carriage ride around the old part of town and it was marvelous. Next to the cruise port in Brooklyn is a ferry terminal that will take you to the foot of Wall Street for $2.75. From there to either the Statue of Liberty ferry or the 911 Memorial (Do not miss the 911 Museum) is about a 20 minute walk. In Halifax we rented a car for $40US. We did twice as much as any of the ships shore excursions. We took the shuttle from Quebec to Montreal Airport, about a 3 hour trip. We were able to clear customs in Montreal so our luggage was checked through to Phoenix. Our flight from Montreal was cheaper and had a shorter duration than the flights out of Quebec. .
