I have booked many Viking cruises through Pavlus and am pleased with the services Pavlus provided.This time was the first holland American cruise I booked through Pavlus, I booked total 7 rooms for our group, not only my friends were all satisfied with the good discounts we got, but we were also surprised to find out we got a complimentary excursion by booking through Pavlus just couple weeks before our cruise! Even more pleasant surprise waiting for us when we checked in to our room - there was a bottle of wine from Pavlus welcoming us! I am happy to be a customer with Pavlus for a while, I believe that all the friends who I referred to Pavlus will also become loyal customers with Pavlus, not because of the monetary value we received, but we felt Pavlus really cares and values their customers!

First cruise on Regent Seven Seas and will be back. The ship, the service, the food, the staff and excursion options were wonderful!!
