About this property
The Vineta Hotel, Oetker Hotels’ first U.S. Masterpiece property, is nestled in the heart of Palm Beach, just a two-block stroll from Worth Avenue. Historically landmarked, built in 1925 and fully transformed in 2025, by London-based designer Tino Zervudachi. With just 41 rooms, including four suites and one presidential suite, the interiors of this nearly 100-year-old Mediterranean Revival retreat are light and luminous.
The Vineta introduces signature restaurant, Coco’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features an authentic Mediterranean cuisine with several guest favorite dishes from sister property, renowned Hotel Du Cap Eden-Roc in France. Original to the building, the lush and blooming courtyard serves afternoon tea and is a sublime day or evening setting for guests from The Bar and our signature restaurant, Coco’s. The open-air courtyard is fully weather dependent with only vibrant table umbrellas for covering from the rain.
Formerly the renowned Leopard Lounge, The Bar at The Vineta welcomes neighbors and friends for afternoon cocktails, apertifs, and post-gala sips. A sophisticated space serving light bites at the bar, not full meals.
Brimming with palms and bougainvillea, the Pool House restaurant celebrates the relaxed glamour of the Palm Beach lifestyle. A shaded daytime retreat with poolside charm, serves lunch, cocktails and casual snacking of the French Riviera.
