Hillary

It was a true pleasure working with Hillary on our Tauck Rhine river cruise. She was attentive, responsive, covered every detail, and answered all of our questions. While this was our second Tauck trip, it was our first with Pavlus and we were very impressed. Sam and Ashley in the air department were terrific as well. They booked the exact itinerary we requested and made a modification when the price dropped. We are already contemplating our next Tauck trip for 2027 and will be in touch with Hillary as soon as we decide on a destination. There are SO many great itineraries to choose from! Cash back on air and Pavlus' referral program are really nice perks and very much appreciated.

We had a great time on our recent Viking Homelands Ocean Cruise from Stockholm to Bergen as well as the Vy Train from Bergen to Oslo. Our travel planner Hillary did a great job coordinating our cruise with our train travel. We already have four more cruises coordinated by Hillary in 2026 (Holland & Belgium), 2027 (Azamara’s trans-Atlantic cruise then Viking’s Iberia, France, and England Explorer), and 2028 (Iceland and Norway’s Arctic Explorer).

I felt Pavlus Travel was great to work with for our travel with Tauck and airline booking.

We appreciate all of your help and advice. Our flight was cancelled due to Lufthansa being on strike. Hillary and Michael E. worked with Viking to get everything taken care of. Hillary checked on us to be sure all was going as planned. We appreciated the special deals on shipboard credits and the other discounts we received through Pavlus. Hillary did a great job for us on this vacation. There were a number of challenges with our Indian Visa and she did a good job trying to get it all sorted out.
