The Odyssey Tour to Croatia, Slovenia, and Montenegro was very well organized, bus drivers and tour guides were fabulous. Hotels were 4 and 5 star gems with outstanding breakfasts. Meals and wine provided were top of the line (I think two glasses of wine could have been included). We took 750 pictures as everywhere we looked was a fabulous sight to see. The weather was great so this is a good time for travel.

The coordination with the 2 day stay in St. Paul was not up to Viking standards. Everyone arrived at hotel at same time with no rooms ready and no excursions available on that day. When itinerary had been received, excursions had been scheduled but all were moved to following day. No one at Viking seemed to know why. If excursions had been available that day it would have made waiting on the room less onerous.

The overall selection of food and staffing in the Reserve was very good. Was not happy with the number of passengers walking around coughing without wearing a mask. We wore a mask but still contracted a cold with 3 days remaining on the cruise. Princess alerts indicated it best to remain in your cabins if ill, but no word of using masks. Very happy with Pavlus rebates as well as excellent service. Have been using Pavlus for all of our cruising needs for around 20 years and continue to appreciate the service provided by your staff in particular Fia Bauer has always been timely and efficient. Fia was a joy to work with. She understood our concerns and offered suggestions and information that made our decisions much easier. This was our first experience with Viking, having previously taken land tours with Tauck. Viking operates like a well oiled machine. From the arrival in Zurich to the final transport to the airport in Amsterdam there was never a question regarding where we were going nor how to get there. The boat was extremely clean and well organized with staff available to answer questions or give guidance about excursions. The food was plentiful and well prepared with numerous choices for each meal. I would not hesitate to recommend both Pavlus and Viking.

Fia always a pleasure to deal with. We usually sail with Oceania, but we took a short cruise with Celebrity this time.

The Pavlus service level has gone down considerably, especially since Denise Fritz is no longer active. Pavlus is much more of an order-taker rather than an inspiration and travel service organization. Any question or request that does not immediately generate a commission is rebuffed or ignored.

I have been on four Tauck Bridges vacations with different grandchildren, and we have enjoyed each of them as well as the outstanding tour guides: Jannae, Jamie (twice) and most recently, Julie Lange-Rodgers. It is my hope that you will add more Bridges itineraries in the United States.

Destination was great did not like the boat

Our K&T African Safari through Tauck was just amazing. Even though we'd watched every National Geographic and David Attenborough documentary on Africa, nothing comes close to being there in person. Our travel planner (Fia) and customer service contact (Brian) have always been easy to work with. We also appreciate the presentations you give with your travel partners. It's helped us prioritize which tours to book through Pavlus first.

We have used Pavlus for 19 of our 20 Oceania cruises. Both our planner, Fia, and the staff at guest relations have been responsive to our calls and emails.

We like Pavlus travel and would recommend them to our friends. Although we enjoyed our trip on the new Crystal, we think the quality was slightly better with old Crystal. We felt that some items appeared to be less quality, therefore cheaper (kleenex, toilet paper, condiments, etc.) and the price for airport transfer on debarkation was outrageous for a 3 mile trip. Old Crystal provided this for free, and was MUCH more involved.(NYC-Quebec)

We have a good working relationship with Fia and would like to continue it. So far it has all been for expedition travel with Lindblad but other --> expedition <-- trips could be interesting. We're not "cruisers".

There were inconsistencies in restaurant meal service and entertainment did not measure up to rival cruise lines.

The first hotel in Dublin (Fitzwilliams Hotel) was not up to Tauck standards. The room was small, the toilet seat was practically falling off the seat, the TOWELS/BATHROBES were very OLD and used up. We asked for newer ones. Housekeeping services wouldn’t replenish our coffee/water each day we were there. We stayed an extra (3) days, we had to ask for services every day, Including Kleenex and TP. Not sure why the Europeans can’t leave extra items in the room-it’s baffling. We were also surprised there was very little Dublin excursions since there is so much history/things to see and experience. We were glad we were there the extra (3) days to see the museums, exhibits and enjoy the city. The welcome dinner to start The tour was terrible. Definitely not up to ( Tauck)standards. way too much (Cod) served at the beginning of the trip. We all got tired of the same fish prepared different ways. Tauck tours have differently changed since Covid, there’s not as much value as there used to be. The tour guides are still exceptional and TAUCK does offer individual one of a kind tours that most tour companies don’t offer. That’s the reason we will continue to travel with them.

Fia simplified the whole process for us. From round trip air to the cruise itself. The cruise was the same price as posted on the Viking site, but the extra onboard credit made it worthwhile to book through Pavlus. Fia was a great help in securing the trip we desired.

Fia is great, always responds to my questions in a timely manner. The Viking cruise experience was also great. Ship, itinerary, all good. Only issue was our luggage, one bag did not arrive with us in Barcelona, neither bag arrived with us in Jacksonville. Viking and Delta worked together in Barcelona so we had all of our luggage by the time the ship sailed. Delta was able to get our bags from Amsterdam to our home (2) days after our return. Viking set up our air, which was good, but lay over time from Bergen to Amsterdam for our flight to JFK was only 55 minutes, too short. I mentioned may concern about the short lay over to Viking at least a couple of times, they said not to worry. Next time I will insist on at least a 2 hour lay over. Overall we had a great experience.

Our cruise was canceled, of no fault of ours, no resolution or refund as of today. No communication as Fia is out of the office, she will get back to us when she returns. We are very disappointed and out lots of money so far

Fia as usual was very responsive regarding any questions I had I was trying to make pre-cruise arrangements with Azamara, which were not available as early as I had wanted. I contacted Pavlus for assistance in this matter, and they kept up with Azamara and got back in touch with me months later when this information became available. They also recognized that Azamara was not providing specifically what I had asked for and they did some additional research and provided me additional options. I had meanwhile made my own arrangements but I was very happy to see that Pavlus kept this on their list of things to do and went above and beyond when Azamara could not provide what I needed. I appreciate Fia's timely help, along with Customer Relations, and her reliability along with the great perks from Pavlus Thank you!!

i wasn't pleased with what happened to oceania. we booked early and friends that booked three months later got a much better deal. I would think that our travel agent would have been aware of the change and notiftied us

Difficult working with Pavlus and Oceania cruises. It took 2 months to get the confirmation of the bus trip from ship to air terminal at end of the cruise. I don’t recommend Oceania cruises at all. Never again!!

Would love to have a more proactive travel planner. I usually find the trip and book it and then have Pavlus take it over. I'd love to have a travel agent who calls me when a trip I might like has a good price/package with benefits so I don't miss out on a good deal. If an agent knows what trips you are interested in, they can be proactive and let you know when a good trip becomes available.

Our Oceania cruise from Oslo to Copenhagen was fantastic and Fia helped us tremendously. We also used Pavlus to select our hotels on either side of the cruise for extended stays in each city. The location of each hotel was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. We were very pleased.

Our cruise was wonderful and well worth the wait. We originally scheduled this for October 2020, it was canceled and rescheduled for October 2021. That was also canceled, the original itinerary changed meaning we would not get to both Santorini and Mykonos. Fia worked with us and we ended up with back to back cruises. This worked out so well because we not only saw both islands but we also. Were able to visit Israel. What an experience that was. Fia is always a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about her work. We have yet to be disappointed with anything we have done with Pavlus.

We combined two trips in one - a Globus train tour of Switzerland and an Avalon river cruise from Switzerland to Amsterdam. Fia was great in coordinating both tours and getting us what I thought was a very good price. We are planning an upcoming trip to Australia and New Zealand early in 2023 and I have already talked to Fia regarding that.
